Incident Reports
Hello! I'm trying to evaluate our incident report process. Right now, we have the classroom teacher fills out what happened *if* there is an injury with a marking. Depending on the injury, we'll page a parent and let them know. All parties sign the report form. If you have an incident report form, could you share it? What does your process for injuries look like? Thank you!!
