This space is designed to help children build real confidence, awareness, resilience, and practical self-defense skills through simple, structured training. 🧭 Where to Start 👉 Little commandos (Ages 4 - 7) Young students should begin with the little commandos, 4 to 7 section. This introduces basic movement, focus, listening skills, awareness, resilience, confidence and simple self defence concepts in a fun and structured way. 👉 New students and parents (Ages 6+) Start with the Kids Confidence & Self Defense section in the classroom. This module contain short, focused lessons, introducing core self-defence principles, including awareness, distance, timing and decision-making under pressure 👉 Current MACE Academy students Go to the MACE Academy Training System page and work through the structured syllabus, including Kata training, technical development, and instructional videos 👉 Students wanting real-world safety skills Explore the Street Defense Drills section, located in the MACE Academy Training System page 🥋 What We Focus On Inside this community we focus on: • Building confidence under pressure • Practical self-defense skills for real situations • Awareness and personal safety • Anti-bullying strategies • Discipline, focus, and resilience through martial arts training and military based principles ✔️ Important Please work through the training step-by-step and focus on consistency rather than rushing.
