You can be a good hustler but a bad leader. Most people don’t lose their business because they stopped hustling they loose it because they are bad leaders. Ineffective communicators typically self sabotage themselves. They create envy amongst themselves they force people to turn against them which makes people disloyal. If you are trying to build an insurance business or any business you need to have great leadership skills to keep it. You will see over time people talk about what they did in the pass only because they can’t recreate it because they are horrible leaders that lost credibility. It doesn’t mean what they say is not valid or that they may not be the person for the job but it’s not a system people want to be in long term.
