Leadership! 75% of your success
You can be a good hustler but a bad leader. Most people don’t lose their business because they stopped hustling they loose it because they are bad leaders. Ineffective communicators typically self sabotage themselves. They create envy amongst themselves they force people to turn against them which makes people disloyal. If you are trying to build an insurance business or any business you need to have great leadership skills to keep it. You will see over time people talk about what they did in the pass only because they can’t recreate it because they are horrible leaders that lost credibility. It doesn’t mean what they say is not valid or that they may not be the person for the job but it’s not a system people want to be in long term. Your success and influence will last based on your ability to lead yourself a team & your family.

I got licensed in January of this year but if I’m being honest I haven’t really done much sense being licensed. I got started with Primerica but my upline hasn’t really been helpful. Should I be looking into IMOs or just stick it out where I’m at? Any help would be great.

You need a vision. Write the vision and make it plain if you don’t have a vision for your business then how do you expect for the business to survive when we are born we have expectations. The world expects us to learn our native language, math, and how to communicate your business when is birth should have expectations. Who does it service? Why does it service them? Who would you like to attract? Why do you attract them? How often you attract them? This is how you’re able to determine if your business is still alive you don’t want a dead business.
