Hey everyone — I'm Cian,

Originally from Ireland and now living in Málaga, Spain (yes, the weather is as good as you think it is ☀️)

My background is in running a marketing agency for three years, working mainly with construction clients. I built it, grew it, and eventually sold it, but honestly? I got burnt out. Client work is relentless and I reached a point where I knew I wanted something different.

The thing that kept pulling me back was marketing graduates. Because I remember exactly what it felt like starting out completely lost, nobody really showing you how it all works in the real world, just kind of figuring it out on your own.

So instead of taking on more clients, I decided to build something that actually felt meaningful a community and training business focused on helping marketing graduates and people early in their careers get real skills, real confidence, and real jobs.

That's what MarketSphere is.

We also have another B2B branch that I'm looking to start where I train companies staff on how to build an effective marketing system.

When I'm not building this out you'll find me on the paddle court — still figuring that one out too 😄
