Days 3, 4, and 5 in the books!
Decompression day is still my favorite… Hurts so good every time. 🙆🏻♀️ I actually loved today’s workout, even though I’m 99% sure my legs won’t function tomorrow.
Day 3, ugh! Probably the most challenging one for me so far. Crab toe touches absolutely did not happen for me! 😩
On another note…I’m really struggling to hit my nutrition goals. If anyone has tips that have helped you stay on track without losing your mind, I’m all ears!
