Started out with a bang, now comes accountability
So yeah, i started out pretty hot. Made some vids and got some thoughts down, and now comes the hard part. Turning Up!
I think I had been running on a high, and then absolutely crashed through the floor last Monday and ended up taking the whole week off.
Having that week off really helped though. It felt good i was listening to my body. The following Monday came around and i started the Week 1 of the Build Phase.
This is the start of a 90 day programme which I'll be posting in the paid section. The reason it is paid, and I've ummed and ahhd about it, is that making the payment is about accountability.
We will also contribute to a weekly check in board in which we post how we're turning up. If we're struggling, the whole point is that myself and the group can offer support to maintain consistency 🙏🙏
