What a turnaround. I think I'd been running a high cortisol level, because I've been so tired lately. I think i was just pouring caffeine on the fire to get energy through the day.
Most important is SLEEP. Getting more of it is a game changer. It takes discipline to go to bed early, which I've been clearly lacking. So yeah, if you get anything out of this message, it is GO TO BED EARLIER THAN YOU THINK. 😅😅
