The reason we do the drills religiously is because we want to have perfect technical form. That will help us win exchanges. Whoever wins the most exchanges wins the fight . The 3 WINNING CONDITIONS- TO WIN A SINGLE EXCHANGE: 1st- Initiating offense then ending the exchange by getting out of range or clinching 3rd- Baiting a punch to rcounterpunch then ending the exchange by getting out of range or clinching FIRST & THIRD Initiating offense-defending then countering
