Hey guys was wondering how yall planning to train for ramadan if there are any muslim boxers here. I am thinking to do fundamentals on mon, wed and snc on Tuesday thur fri and interval sprints on sat all before iftar except friday which would be after suhoor. Should I take break from my boxing gym classes or should do it twice a week instead of focussing on my fundamentals for a month. I am planning to fight like 3 weeks after Ramadan finishes for a 7 day tournament.
