Ive been training hard , still getting my hadn't to recover and life has just been hectic.
In 2 weeks I will learning from the best in Kazakstan , the coaches that trained Makhmud Sabyrkhan and Torekhan Sabyrkhan. I will be documenting it of course but when I am back I will be sharing the key and most important things I have learnt with you in here.
Furthermore , I hope you guys have been doing the 5 week fitness plan and are becoming fitter than ever.
I will be revamping the 7 day challenge and we will start it on Sunday. So be ready.
