How to Access Your 'My Wellness Journey' Workbook
To get started with LIVE coaching, you will need to download your My Wellness Journey workbook. This workbook is used for members in: Tier 2 — Premium LIVE Group Coaching Tier 3 — VIP 1:1 Coaching It is available to all members accepted into Tier 2 or Tier 3. You can find the workbook inside the Resource Library, which is located under the Classroom tab. How to Access the Workbook: Click the Classroom tab, enter the Resource Library, and download your fillable My Wellness Journey workbook. Please have this workbook ready before your first LIVE coaching session, as it will help you reflect on your health journey, clarify your goals, and prepare for the coaching process.
