Something I've noticed lately is how hard it is to eat colorful fruits and vegetables when the weather is cold and grey. I'm more drawn to hearty foods that help me to warm up. Things like stews, toast with butter and jam, roasted potatoes, curry with rice. These are some of the most comforting foods for me and while I miss eating fresh berries and green salads, I'm just not as drawn to them right now.
