Pressure I felt- getting peoples contact information at open house. Thought I had- I don't want to come off as pushy. Feeling I had- hopeful. action I took- talked with them about their wants/needs for a new house, gave them my info. result I created- didn't get everyone's info but gave my info out to everyone
