Pressure I felt- Need to get an out of town client to sign a buyer rep so I'm not working for free Thought I had- I don't want to lose the potential client but also don't want to put in time if it doesn't pan out feeling I had- excitement for new client, frustration that they haven't signed Action I took- reviewed and sent buyer rep doc's a few times. Let them know I cannot get to work until I have those signed Result I created- still in communication with them, will not preview homes until I have it signed
