Here are my 3 goals for the week:
128 ounces of water every day. So, first thing in the morning, I need to drink my first 33 ounces before I even have my coffee.
10k steps every day! To help with this, I'll either do a live from the treadmill or take a 10-minute walk every 90 minutes while I'm working.
No skipping meals! I've got my fuel meals at home and at the house I'm remodeling, plus I have alarms set for when it's time to eat. I'm back on track, so this is super important.
What I've learned as a trainer and as a person is that we're more likely to stick with our goals if we tell a friend or a group like this that will help us positively with accountability!
Let's kick today's ass and this week's ass!
