Let me be your Guide 🌸
It feels like the right moment to say this plainly: my aim isn't to be your expert, or to tell you what to do from a textbook. My aim is to be your guide — someone who has actually climbed this mountain, and who reaches a hand back to help you find your footing, based on what I have lived through myself, as a carer of both my ageing parents.
My experiences, my mistakes, my wins, my what I wished I had knowns, all of it .........
I am still finalising the materials for Finding Solid Ground as a Carer — the sessions, the tools, all of it — piece by piece, with real care. It is not quite ready yet, but it is coming, and I want you to know exactly what it is building toward.
If you are climbing your own version of this mountain right now, you are not doing it alone. I see you, and I am reaching back.
