Building a Community
The last 3 years have been an unexpected journey. Becoming an overnight carer to two ill and ageing parents has had it's challenges - and the journey is not over.
But in the challenges, I have gained so much learning and awareness. There is always something good that can be found in every challenge, even though it doesn't feel that way at the time.
For so long, I have dreamt about what I wanted to create — the kind of space, the kind of community, the kind of impact I wanted to have. But dreaming alone doesn’t build anything.
Builders take what’s in their head and bring it into the world, one step at a time.
For me, that dream is becoming real. I’m building a vision that serves carers and families.
Keep following for more as I continue to build this platform and process. I have so much to share with you all about the Carer and Ageing Parent journey 😍
Let me know in the comments if you have been through a challenge in life that at the time seemed negative and overwhelming, and what you gained from it upon reflection 🤔

You're a default carer of an ageing parent, lost in the maze. Feel less alone, make clearer decisions — guided by someone who's lived it.
