New Video For Stage 2:4 in the Classroom
📹 I’ve just released a new video on how to secure and conduct informational interviews. 🔑 This is a vital stage in uncovering hidden opportunities, getting referred into organisations before roles are advertised, and gathering the intel you need to stand out. ⏳ From my experience, professionals who consistently take the Stage 2 actions, even when doubts creep in, start landing real interview invites within 3–4 weeks. ✅ Watch the video and put it into practice. This is where the momentum really builds. 💬 Reach out here with any questions this generates.

Salary Negotiation Tips
Hi Chris, In my experience, i have previously been asked by recruiters to confirm a salary /daily rate prior to interviews, yet only to find after the interview the role is more senior or complex than initially pitched or proposed. In other instances, there were no advertised job descriptions or detailed JD provided. For these cases, how should one negotiate salary? In particular, in order to safeguard oneself and not agree to a rate until the true scope of the role is understood. It is hard when these recruiters often want to lock in a rate prior, and if you don't agree, you don't get an interview.
