Welcome to JK‘s Racquetball Academy
It is a pleasure to welcome all of our new students to the academy. I am thrilled to have you join our community and look forward to helping you elevate your game.

Session Overview: Orientation & Fundamental Drills
This introductory class is designed to set you up for success. Our agenda includes:
• Academy Orientation: A formal "meet and greet" to introduce our coaching philosophy.
• Wrist Strengthening: Targeted exercises to improve your power and snap.
• Coordination Drills: Simple, effective techniques you can practice easily at home.
• Home Training Basics: Tips for maintaining your progress between court sessions.
Note: For those unable to attend the live broadcast, a full recording will be made available shortly after the session concludes.
