Ceiling shot drill
When working on your ceiling game, you want to simulate real shots that would be occurring during an actual game.
The first drop and hit is usually the easiest
But as you will see on the second shot and third or fourth, it is very difficult to maintain accuracy, proper speed, and direction.
A good ceiling shot is going to hit the ceiling first then front wall, the ball, then should be bouncing near the service line and dying in the corner or back wall.
