The Long Game - Shane Moore is happening in 6 days
Lets GO 2026
As we head into a new year, I just want to say this clearly: I’m here to help you move toward whatever your 2026 Jiu-Jitsu goals actually are; whether that’s confidence, consistency, longevity, injury-free training, competition, or just enjoying the mats again. One of my big goals for 2026 is to make this group genuinely useful.Simple. Clear. Easy to navigate.A place where culture actually means something - you help me move toward my goal, I help you move toward yours, and progress happens faster because we’re not doing it alone. A big part of that is the Long-Game Grappler work I’m building - focused on training smarter, staying on the mats longer, and aligning training with real life. It’s not for everyone, and that’s totally fine. If you’re curious, unsure, or just want to pressure-test whether it’s right for you: - shoot me a DM - or drop a comment in the group And if it’s not that; tell me what would actually help you right now. This group gets better the more honest the conversations are. Looking forward to building this properly with you in 2026 🤝

Introducing Mature Grappler Method 2026
I recorded the first intro session for the Mature Grappler Method and wanted to drop a quick note to frame what this is about. At its core, it’s built around three things: 1 - Being your own best coach Learning how to listen, adjust, and make smart decisions around your training instead of just pushing blindly. 2 - Training toward clear goals, and updating as we progress. Understanding why you’re training and making small, consistent improvements toward whatever outcome you’re actually chasing. On and off the mat. 3 - Knowing the difference between training rounds and competition prep rounds. Separating competition prep from long-term skill building ... and knowing how to do both without burning yourself out or breaking yourself down. That’s the lens everything in the Mature Grappler Method runs through. More to come. Shane

🧨 Tonight Is Massive - Marcelo Garcia vs Lachlan Giles on ONE Championship
Alright team… this one is special. Tonight on ONE Championship we get to watch Marcelo Garcia and Lachlan Giles, two of the greatest technicians of our generation battle it out. Honestly… this hits different for me. Marcelo Garcia has always been my all-time favourite grappler. The way he played the sumi-geishi, the front headlock, the transitions… it was pure magic. His no-gi game from back in the day shaped so much of how modern grappling evolved, and it massively shaped how I think about Jiu-Jitsu. And then on the opposite side… Lachlan Giles has been my absolute favourite person to learn from in real life. Of all the seminars, all the private lessons, all the rooms I’ve walked into over the years, Lachlan has been the most enjoyable, most technical, and most generous grappler I’ve ever trained with. Rolling with him is like rolling with a quiet supercomputer that just… sees everything. So to have these two legends featuring tonight is honestly insane. We’re witnessing history, two very different eras, two technical geniuses, two completely unique grappling minds… all on the same card. And the best part? It’s only a few hours away. 🔥 Drop a comment if you’re watching it live, and tell me who you’re most excited to see in action. This is one of those nights you remember as a grappler. Let’s go! 🥋🔥
