End Range Strength.
Even if you don’t want to stretch “because it takes too long” you can reduce the weight and begin to strengthen the end range of the limb.
It’s a time efficient way to increase blood flow to the joint and not only does it increase strength, endurance and mobility it improves balance.
This is a super fast workout, to demonstrate the concept…. But it was my Saturday arvo session 😂
