Caffeine hack
Something I'm finding hard to do is reduce caffeine and try not to use coffee as a meal replacement
Current hack:
Using Lean Mocha Express smoothie from Recipe portal to get 30g protein and add coffee for my caffeine boost, so it's a win for getting coffee and protein in one hit 💪☕
