Caffeine hack
Something I'm finding hard to do is reduce caffeine and try not to use coffee as a meal replacement Current hack: Using Lean Mocha Express smoothie from Recipe portal to get 30g protein and add coffee for my caffeine boost, so it's a win for getting coffee and protein in one hit 💪☕
Nutrition logging macros on MFP
Hi Jess and Dan, NUTRITION question When using recipes from the nutrition portal and tracking macros on MY Fitness Pal, when the recipe say Satay Chicken says 448 cal total, is this just the chicken with sauce or is this the rice and say other veg included, or needs to be logged separately. Just trying to be as accurate as possible. Cailey
