Playing with a band

Hey friends- just dropping a note about an upcoming gig on August 4. Our church sponsors a quarterly “Jazz series” - really it’s pop and jazz - for the community. And this summer I was invited to play with the group. I’m playing: Blue Bossa, Summertime )both in the Essentials) and comping to Summer Breeze (Seals and Crofts) and Dance w Me. So I’ve put on hold the weekly videos- but will try to do something mid- week on one of these times.

Today we had a practice- it was so much fun to play with professional musicians- I had such a great time - and it was just a rehearsal.
