Motivation is for losers.
There I said it. I know that’s not something people want to hear. But I’m gonna call it like it is. Anybody who works out most days of the week and has been doing it for a long time knows that by Thursday you are tired. You are ready for a break. You do not feel like going to the gym. You do not feel like pressing play. You do not feel like lacing up your running shoes. But you don’t need to feel like it. You just need to do it. If you are waiting around to feel motivated, you are going to lose every single time.
