@Catherine Benn Now that’s real right there Catherine 💯 Everybody wanna jump straight to the big results… six-pack, weight gone, body transformed overnight. But the truth? It’s exactly what you said. It’s the little habits. The extra walk. Drinking the water. Showing up even when you tired and lowkey don’t feel like it. Making the better choice more times than not. That’s where the real change happens. People think transformation comes from one big moment… Nah. It comes from stacking them little disciplined days. That’s the whole No More Day 1 mindset right there. But let me ask you something… What was the first tiny habit you started that actually started moving the needle for you? Motivation is for losers.
There I said it. I know that’s not something people want to hear. But I’m gonna call it like it is. Anybody who works out most days of the week and has been doing it for a long time knows that by Thursday you are tired. You are ready for a break. You do not feel like going to the gym. You do not feel like pressing play. You do not feel like lacing up your running shoes. But you don’t need to feel like it. You just need to do it. If you are waiting around to feel motivated, you are going to lose every single time.

@Catherine Benn Now hold up… you woke up and chose violence with that first line 😂 But you ain’t lying though. Motivation cute. It get you started. But discipline the one that keep you showing up when Thursday hit and you tired, annoyed, and lowkey looking at the couch like it owes you money. That’s the real work right there. I’m curious though… What made you drop this today? Was it one of those days where you really didn’t feel like going but you went anyway, or you calling out the people still waiting to “feel ready”? Because that part you said about you don’t need to feel like it, you just need to do it… that’s the whole game. Talk to us. What happened today that made you say this? 😤💪🏾
