Roadmap - How to effectively use Classroom
Welcome! Please start with the Introduction post (it's pinned). Answer someone else's post and find common interests! After all, this is a supportive community where everyone can help each other, relate to one another's struggles, share wins, and more. Afterwards, go over to the classroom and take a look through "Start Here". The next set of directions is in there! I hope you find great success in your endeavors. Thanks for your support!

The Very Beginning
Is there anything in "Classroom" you'd wanna see specifically? Either within the existing sections or a brand new section? Gonna go through my hypertrophy and nutrition guide and post it to those sections, and for the philosophy section, maybe something like Vinland Saga and Thorfinn's philosophy. Like how it relates to ego and stuff. I relate to the show a good amount and kinda wanna share my thoughts. What do you think? New sections? Certain suggestions?

I'm curious to see if anyone truly knows this...
Why do you go to the gym? Want to lose weight or gain muscle. Of course! Now dig deeper. Why do you feel that way? Is it self hate? Insecurity? Help your mental health? Something else? Where did it stem from? Negative self talk? Someone made fun of you? A different alternative? Why do I ask? INTROSPECTION (the deliberate examination of one's own conscious thoughts, feelings, and motives) To me, this is the most important part of anything we do. The WHY. If we don't have a good enough reason, we wouldn't want to do something. Also, if we can improve our behavior (inside and out), we can grow, not only physically, but mentally too. Please answer the questions above honestly and spark discussion with another person. We all likely have something in common, and can definitely help each other out.
Training other people
Can you guys give me advice on training my girlfriend? It can be frustrating at times but she really wants to do it
