Do I feel inspired and energised by my own energy & presence? Where have I been avoiding myself? Where am I proud of myself? And what am I ready to release that is No Longer Me ? 😍✨🦋

Remember - the more we share, the more we inspire each other, the more we realise the symptoms we are experiencing aren't just us, the imbalances we have are the result of living out of alignment in some way, it's societal, and shows us where our feminine energy has been suppressed, stuck or shut down. My intention is for you to feel more empowered with your feminine energy, confident in your body, and to become more familiar with your inner landscape, to have more tools for the moments you need some TLC or to recharge or let go. I'll be posting in here throughout the month so keep yourself accountable by picking one day / week to jump on and update us!
