As we come to wrap up September, I invite you to ask yourself these questions and write down in your journal whatever response you get - How did I show up for myself this month? Do I feel inspired and energised by my own energy & presence? Where have I been avoiding myself? Where am I proud of myself? And what am I ready to release that is No Longer Me ? 😍✨🦋
