Welcome to September! It's so amazing to have you here, grab your journal and and answer these questions. What do I want out of this container? What am I willing to do, to get what I want? How are my energy levels, day to day from 1-10 (1 being low energy lethargic, 10 being ON) Rate my relationship to food (1 being avoidant, impulsive, unhealthy - 10 being aware, comfortable, happy, healthy) Rate my True self awareness, my ability to feel my body and know what I need (1 being I don't listen, I don't pay attention to signs and i view symptoms as inconvenient - 10 being my body is my guide) Rate my ability to relax, rest and slow down (1 feel guilty resting, cant turn off thoughts - 10 being im a zen master bby) Rate my ability to trust my intuition and lead with my heart (1 what intuition? 10 I know whats uuuuup and im living my best LIFE) Rate how happy and confident I am in my body (1 i don't like myself - 10 Im obsessed with me and I know i'm rockin) Rate how connected you are to your sensual, creative, feminine energy (1 what is feminine energy, i want to be a boy 10 I love my wild femme self) Write these down, answer honestly, and if you want to share anything thats come up for you in the chat, DO IT.
