Owner Financed Airplane Hanger | Houston
Houston Airplane Hanger Asking: $1,250,000 Preface: In the Houston area there are aircraft hangers with 3year waiting lists. I run a jet charter service and my home base airport has an off market hanger for sale (80x80 hanger space) | Total (80x100 3 offices/full bath/kitchen). Owned 100% and offering owner finance to me. I have a family friend that is showing interest and i never considered wholesaling a seller finance deal.(open to other investors) I have an idea but how would you structure it? I’m also there everyday and could just take the route of filling up with tenants/maintain pulling out and putting up aircraft. Any thoughts/advice appreciated. Thanks homies!
