You’ll be looking for a rental property. Stay away from section 8 property as they have higher maintenance in most cases. If your looking for something closer to home I’d say look in Ohio, if distance isn’t an issue look in areas like Birmingham, AL, NE Georgia, populated areas of SC, or within the triangle of NC (Fayetteville, Durham, Greensboro)
