🏆THE HOUSE CUP CHAMPIONSHIP: How it Works [Updated]
The Quarter Cup is how progress is recognized across the Academy.
Each Elemental House — ⚔️ Swords, 🌊 Cups, 🔥 Wands, 🌿 Pentacles — earns points through participation, application, and follow-through.
This is not activity for the sake of activity.
👉 It is engagement that reflects real work.
🜂 HOW IT WORKS
Your actions contribute directly to your House.
Points are earned through:
- participating in discussions
- completing training and directives
- applying what you learn
- sharing progress and results
- contributing meaningfully to the Academy
Every action counts.

Not all activity is equal.
Points are awarded for:
- consistency
- follow-through
- thoughtful participation
- real application
Not for:
- passive engagement
- surface-level responses
- posting without substance

At the end of the term, the winning House does more than win.
They choose the focus of the next term.
The Academy will then be taught through that House’s element and perspective.

🗓️ TERM STRUCTURE
Each term runs for 90 days.
Throughout the term:
- Houses are ranked
- progress is tracked
- participation is recognized
At the end:
- a winning House is declared
- a new term begins

All members begin participating as soon as they are sorted.
