Head to the Lab module page and read through all three exercises ▶️
Begin LAB-01 — Body Mapping — start tracking your body's responses now and continue for 24 hours
Complete LAB-02 — Energetic Audit — sit with the three questions and write your honest answers in your journal
Set up LAB-03 — add the Pattern Analysis section to your Feedback Journal today and write your first entry tonight
