I get it now.

My third eye is open. I get it now. You don’t necessarily see things. It’s a calm (and in my case) sad knowing of how the pieces all fit together. I’m thankful for this group but I suppose this is why I was so scared to go within my own mind and connect all the dots. Doing the first lab module of noticing the signals in my body- head to toe goosebumps as I am sitting here crocheting in a very meditative state when someone very random crosses my mind. So then I focused on that thought and asked if it was my higher self trying to tell me something. It indeed was. 🫣 Just a little update on my journey. On the positive- my crochet creativity feels unblocked today. Working on a Pegasus- random inspiration. Just started so it doesn’t look like anything yet hehe
