Instead of asking, ‘What do I need to do this week?’ ask, ‘What can I stop doing this week?’ That’s the question that scales. We often--myself included--do stupid shit that doesn't even move the needle when we could be stacking that wasted time into a bank that could actually earn us money.

Take inventory of the assets you have. Part of those assets are your SOPs, templates, tools, and processes. Smart entrepreneurs document & customize. Broke ones reinvent or just keep doing what they've always done (unsuccessfully).
