The Fear of Letting Go
Entrepreneurs cling to tasks because they think no one else will do them right. (Guilty.)
Truth bomb: 80% done by someone else is better than 0% done because you never had time.
Think about that.
I started becoming way more productive AND effective when I learned that 80 percent is "good enough."
So many things to say about that. Speed to market, perfectionism is a literal disease, "money loves speed," etc.
BOTTOM LINE: GSD! You do that leveraging systems and people. Now go do it!
