Beginning QiGong
This is an introduction to QiGong, not a specific set as yet, but a way to gain familiarity with the Qi, to begin to move and circulate it and to prepare the body and mind to guide Qi throughout the system.
I also practice Internal Martial Art as Qigong, that is to say with intent at the level of Qi circulation.
But not everyone wants to practice Martial Arts, and this QiGong is only Healing and Peaceful, with no Martial Movement, but still with Strength, Coordination and Structure.
