Before You Say Yes to a Deal, Ask These 3 Capacity Questions
Math isn’t the only underwriting you should do.
Before you say yes, ask:
  1. Time:‘Realistically, how many hours/week will this add for the next 90 days?’
  2. Stress:‘On a 1–10, where is my stress right now? If this adds +2, can I handle it?’
  3. Support:‘Who is actually helping me? (Name, role – not “I’ll figure it out.”)’
If:
  • Your time is already maxed
  • Stress is 7/10+
  • Support is “I’ll just grind”
…it might be a future‑you deal, not a now deal.
