Hello Beautiful Beings, I’d like to share an exciting update on upcoming offerings. Beginning this late July, I’ll be publishing a series of short videos centered on Internal Systems to Becoming Whole, a 48-page workbook available for purchase here on the site. This workbook has been instrumental in supporting my 1:1 clients as they journey toward authenticity. Through it, we begin the powerful process of deprogramming the subconscious mind, releasing inherited mindsets, values, beliefs, and narratives that were never truly ours. In their place, we consciously install new, intentional values that reflect who we are today, and who we are evolving to become. The workbook also guides individuals in establishing clear standards that support these values, and boundaries that protect them, so they no longer self-abandon in the name of approval, belonging, or survival. This is the heart of becoming authentic. To be clear, I have yet to meet anyone who is 100% authentic all of the time. We have all been conditioned to self-betray, to dim our truth, and to gaslight our own needs in exchange for love, safety, acceptance, and livelihood. This has been the nature of the human experience for generations. But we are evolving, and evolution demands change. To create a new world, we must first become that change within ourselves. Welcome, Beautiful Being! I am truly grateful to get to learn you, co-create with you, and share with you some of the foundational work that I share with clients in my 1:1 practice. This community is not only about me sharing with you what has empowered me in my own transformation, growth, and expansion, but also what has worked for my private clients who transform in some of the most significant and astonishing ways. I will also share knowledge that I believe should be available to everyone that I have acquired in my own education & studies. This community is not about copying & pasting, but is about acquiring the wisdom that comes from the transformation of others and making it your own in your way to support you on your individual path. Expansion looks different for all of us, but it feels the same to all of us, and what that feels like is stepping & STAYING in states of love, bliss, and connection more than its opposite. This state translates to being able to see our realities from a higher vibrational perspective that unveils opportunities, probabilities, and connections that we otherwise would have missed because we were experiencing life from a filter that veiled these experiences. It means feeling a connection, firstly to source, then to self, and then to others in a way that allows you to remain in a place of vulnerability, which is essential for connection. From this new space of BEING, relationships change, who you attract changes, and who you become evolves so deeply that love becomes a state of remembering the self rather than how another makes you feel. When we remember our true state is love and become love, we attract more of the same. It means feeling excitement for all experiences to come, trusting that you can and will easily navigate away from what is not meant for you, and create less resistance to challenges that which is meant for you. Through this confidence in self, through alignment with the remembering of source connection, you are able to learn what is meant for you to learn and move out of the challenge much more quickly than when we judge an anchor into, creating resistance and suffering. It is from this space that we transcend our experiences and become teachers for others. You are meant to transcend these challenges. This is expansion.
