I Built a $500/Month AI Business in One Night Using Claude. Here's the Entire System. Copy It.
Last night I sat down with Claude Cowork and told it to build me a business from scratch. Not a plan. Not a pitch deck. Not a "here's what you could do someday." I told it to actually BUILD the thing. Log into the apps. Click the buttons. Set up the workflows. Scrape the leads. Send the voicemails. All of it. 90 minutes later my phone was blowing up with HVAC companies in Las Vegas calling me back and texting me. The system worked on the first try. Here's exactly what I built, how much money it makes, and the full prompt so you can copy the entire thing tonight. THE BUSINESS You sell "Missed Call Text Back" to small businesses for $500/month. Here's the pitch: Every time a plumber, HVAC company, dentist, roofer, or any small business misses a phone call, that customer calls somebody else. That's money gone forever. Your system fixes it. When a business misses a call, within 5 seconds their customer gets a text: "Hey sorry we missed you, how can we help?" Then an AI takes over the conversation — asks what they need, answers questions, books the appointment. All automatic. The business owner never touches it. You build it once. You charge $500/month. The business owner sees leads coming in that they would have lost. They never cancel. HOW IT WORKS (5 PARTS) Part 1 — The Client Workflow. This is the product. Built inside GoHighLevel. When a call is missed, it fires a text and turns on an AI chatbot that handles the whole conversation. This is what the business owner pays for. Part 2 — The Prospecting Workflow. Same machine, but for YOU. When you're reaching out to businesses and they call you back, this AI pretends to be a potential customer. This is how you prove the system works before you sell it. Part 3 — Lead Scraping. You use Outscraper to pull every business phone number off Google Maps for your target industry and city. I pulled 93 HVAC companies in Las Vegas in about 2 minutes. Free tier. Zero cost. Part 4 — Voicemail Blasting. You use Slybroadcast to send a ringless voicemail to all 93 businesses. The voicemail just says "Hey I need HVAC help, call me back." It drops straight into their voicemail without the phone ever ringing. They see a missed call from your number and call you back.
Monday Motivation
We’ve got a lot of momentum in this group right now. And this is usually the exact moment people slow down. Like Daniel said last night, this time of year and seasons of transition can either create hesitation… or they can sharpen you. What you’re consuming mentally right now matters. A lot. It’s shaping how you think, how you show up, and what you build next. These are a few books that helped shape how I operate. Drop yours favorites below..always looking to sharpen the list. 🔥 The Four Agreements, Don Miguel Ruiz https://www.audible.com/pd/B0GDPWQSR3?source_code=ASSORAP0511160006&share_location=pdp Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Stephen Covey https://www.audible.com/pd/B002V5HAL4?source_code=ASSORAP0511160006&share_location=pdp Rich Dad Poor Dad, Robert T Kiyosaki https://www.audible.com/pd/197869167X?source_code=ASSORAP0511160006&share_location=pdp Winning With People, John C Maxwell https://www.audible.com/pd/1400222796?source_code=ASSORAP0511160006&share_location=pdp Be Useful, Arnold Schwarzenegger https://www.audible.com/pd/B0C1HW33G3?source_code=ASSORAP0511160006&share_location=library_overflow Inner Excellence, Jim Murphy https://www.audible.com/pd/B0C1HW33G3?source_code=ASSORAP0511160006&share_location=library_overflow
