In my question box I had asked “what is your biggest struggle with meal prep/cooking”
The most thought provoking question I got was “how can I curb late night cravings? I lose at least one meal prep a week that way”
My answer: “ Keeping satiating foods around the house. Having blueberries will help curb sugar cravings and grapes are a good low cal munchie that will satisfy the hand to mouth urge”
