We originally took a trip in 2017 and instantly fell in love with it. It was a tough decision leaving friends and family behind to start a new life across the country, but we knew if we didn’t take the chance we might regret it later on. The weather and the landscape is a nice perk but we knew coming out here would open more doors and opportunity for us to grow and succeed. If you’re ever thinking about taking the leap just remember it doesn’t have to be forever. Follow your gut follow your heart. Neither of them performed very well, but I definitely could have made the story more interesting looking back.

Day 5 Homework
In my question box I had asked “what is your biggest struggle with meal prep/cooking” The most thought provoking question I got was “how can I curb late night cravings? I lose at least one meal prep a week that way” My answer: “ Keeping satiating foods around the house. Having blueberries will help curb sugar cravings and grapes are a good low cal munchie that will satisfy the hand to mouth urge” 3 hooks: • I thought my late night cravings meant I had no discipline, turns out I just didn’t have grapes in my fridge. • I kept getting stoned and ruining my meal prep, not because I didn’t have discipline, but because I didn’t have the right foods ready • Willpower sucks, having you ever tried grapes and blueberries?
