This week's IG4R group call was all about ONE viral Reel format that every single person in this community can recreate, regardless of their niche. And we have the receipts. 👇 🔥 STUDENT WIN: GREG'S FIRST VIRAL REEL Greg joined Instagram for Retards with roughly 230 followers. He took a viral Reel format from another niche, replaced the clips with videos he already had in his camera roll, and posted it. The results at the time of our call: - ✅ Reel #1: 585,000 views - ✅ Reel #2: 157,000+ views - ✅ Combined: 740,000+ views - ✅ Roughly 400 followers when we reviewed his account - ✅ New DMs from potential clients and people interested in his industry The craziest part? He didn't film a single new video for the first Reel. He used footage he already had sitting in his phone. Then we rearranged some of the clips, posted another version, and it worked AGAIN. Here's exactly how you can do the same thing. 💊 LESSON #1: THE VIRAL CAPSULE One of the biggest mistakes people make on Instagram is thinking they need to come up with completely original ideas. You don't. You need to find a proven viral format and put YOUR story inside of it. I call this the Viral Capsule. Think of a pill. The capsule stays the same, but the ingredients inside can change. Instagram works the same way. The capsule consists of: - The hook - The music - The timing - The transitions - The camera angles - The format The ingredients are YOUR videos, YOUR experiences, and YOUR niche. Don't reinvent the capsule. Replace the ingredients. That's exactly what Greg did. 🎬 LESSON #2: THE EXACT 5 STAGES REEL FORMULA This is your homework for the week. You're going to create a Reel called: "5 Stages of Being a ______" The format is incredibly simple. Important: The first clip is a STILL PHOTO, not a video. That's one of the unique parts of this format. Open Greg's "5 Stages of Being in Sales" Reel shared in our group chat. 1. Open the Reel on Instagram. 2. Tap Use Template. 3. Open the template in Instagram's Edits app. 4. You'll see the existing clips, timing, music, and editable text.
