EVERYTHING in the entire city of Ulaanbaatar is closed. I was dumb and didn’t realize that even grocery stores would be closed for the lunar new year. This lead to me wandering around the city for 2+ hours and finding only convenience stores with ramen open. I was very desperate and decided to eat some banana cookies for more calories. They definitely had sugar :( These were extremely weird circumstances and it was probably the hardest time I’ve ever had finding food in any city :/
Hopefully things reopen tomorrow otherwise I will be in trouble since lunar new year is 3 days
