Question: What video ideas have you seen to be the most creative and unique as a real estate agent? Background: I have a lot of scripts and am slowly recording videos. But I'm also trying to create unique videos that also add value. I don't only want to do the cookie cutter or cliche videos most real estate agents have. I want to stand out but am having a really hard time coming up with ideas. What questions would you ask me that may trigger an idea or what videos have you seen that have been creative? Bonus if you can add a link to the youtube video that you saw with the creativity.

Has anyone produced content in both English and Spanish, and if so, did you publish on the same channel or create two separate accounts? Could this work in favor of SEO (or negatively impact it)?
