Where are you from? - Having grown up a 'military brat' and then parlaying a "gap year" teaching abroad into a six year career (Colombia, Venezuela, Russia, Iraq, and Mexico), I've always struggled to hone in on where 'I'm from'. I currently reside in North Carolina and am eager to serve the Wilmington area. What are your goals in real estate? - Short-term goals: I am looking to follow in ^Sharon's footsteps and make the transition from education to real estate. My immediate goal is to develop momentum in my online presence through content production on a variety of platforms. I am hoping to be full-time by the end of June. - Long-term goal: Pursue foreign investment opportunities allowing me to integrate my love of travel and languages back into my career. What immediate help do you need? - Online marketing and lead generation. Social media and SEO are foreign concepts to me. I need to build my online presence from the ground up. 1. What type of content is better starting out? Explanation of real estate concepts, tours of the local area and neighborhoods, a combination of both, or something completely different all together?
