Hi everyone! Iām an organizational consultant, IDG Ambassador, and creator of the Confianza SistĆ©mica framework. Iāve been following the IDG @Work community on LinkedIn and the Global Practitioners' Network for a while, and it's a joy to be here.
My work focuses on social regeneration and the ethics of care, bridging internal human development with organizational justice. Iām particularly passionate about strengthening Womenās ERGs and JEDI frameworks, helping purpose-driven organizations (like the B Corp community) build more resonant systems.
